Institute of Customer Experience Management – Aegis Global Academy is a one-of-its-kind academy in the world. This Institute has taught us the science of understanding various customers’ behavior, at different scenarios and also the importance of customers in any business. This in turn enabled us to understand and analyze the different delivery levels at which the company can execute to attain overall Customer Satisfaction.
During our first month we went to various field visits at store level, company level, and also studied various case studies at the global level, where we realized that there is a gap between customer need/satisfaction and delivery.
Through the observations and analysis conducted during this period, we realized that the need was to bridge this gap, which is for the betterment of the customers and even the companies engaged with them. The overall experience I encountered in this institution was way different and unique than any other management intuition that I have come across.

At ICEM, we are going to get practical knowledge along with the theoretical knowledge.
