These are now being joined by specific subjects such as Wine Management, Hotel Management, Luxury Brand Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, Football Industries, etc. More and more candidates are opting for these specializations than ever before. In Europe, 2,500 students took these type of specific courses in 2007, compared with the 200 students in 1997.
