At a time when the availability of manpower is not a challenge, the availability of employable manpower is a challenge. A team of professionals with over 100 years of experience in the industry understood the necessity of supplying employable manpower to satisfy the needs of the industry. The necessity was a fusion of employability and education. This gave birth to `Edufusion`. Edufusion is the brain child of Shikar Solutech, a Chennai based ISO certified consulting and HR services company. Started with a social cause, Shikhar team has invested their time efforts along with their money in building an organization that will work towards this social cause. Edufusion has identified communication, IT and certain behavioral and inter-personal skills as pre-requisite for an entry into the corporate world and has developed the content to suit the above requirements. Pursuant to these programmes, Edufusion plans to introduce Diploma Courses in domain specific skills like HR, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain and Sales. Edufusion also plans to launch Industry specific courses for BPO, Banking and Insurance soon.
