Headquartered in Coleraine, Northern Ireland, the Rutledge Group's flagship Company Rutledge Recruitment and Training is the largest specialist recruitment & training company in Northern Ireland with more than 1,500 people currently being trained and placed in jobs and training programmes around the world. The Rutledge Group has over 30 years experience in International Recruitment, Vocational Training, Real Estate, Retail and Language Training with a presence in over 15 locations in Northern Ireland as well as branches in Poland, UAE, India and Philippines.Direct English was launched in 1997 at the Washington DC Franchise Expo with the aim of providing flexible, individual, conversational English Language Training to adults throughout the world. Developed by Louis Alexander at Pearson Education and later acquired by the Linguaphone Group in 2003, Direct English first started with a pilot centre in Italy, is now franchised in 30 different countries and has quickly expanded to 170 Centres Worldwide. The unique cyclical syllabus, course materials and face-to-face sessions of Direct English are all fully integrated to provide a complete, effective and highly flexible learning system.Enriched with a total of 30 year’s experience in the Training Industry, our unique approach to language training has been fundamental to our success.
