Over a period of 10 months, the program will ground you with the "How and Why" of business venture. Plus 8 months of International Market Study Tour and Business Plan Development. This is not any ordinary Program.

The program is specifically designed to help young budding and aspiring minds with ideas to attain their business objectives and goals.

ALL SUBJECTS IN THIS PROGRAM WILL BE DEALT WITH IN THE CONTEXT OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP

For instance, for finance in a regular management program, the student would be expected to prepare a balance sheet, whereas in the JGI IDEA program, the emphasis would be the interpretation of a balance sheet and its correlation and implication on business performance.

As another example, in business taxation in any other program, a student will learn the theoretical concepts of taxation, but in this program, you will learn how to apply the taxation concepts to your business with a view to maximizing profits and reducing the tax burden.

The pedagogy has been specially designed to enable the student to reap the benefits of experiential learning, with significant emphasis on case studies.

iDEA SELECTION

Deserving candidates will be handpicked through a selection process consisting of psychometric tests, assessment centre, personal interviews and references to assess their entrepreneurial ambition. Having a pre-conceived a business idea will be part of this process but will not be a mandatory criterion for selection. While aptitude is important, the primary focus of the selection process is to assess your attitude and passion to become an entrepreneur.

Once selected into this unique program, you will be amongst the brightest of entrepreneurs who have been picked up from thousands of applications. You will have the unique opportunity of creating business history that India will be witness to.
