CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) declared the Results of Class X for chennai region today
The northeast region has about 820 schools affiliated to CBSE and about 282 centres. 49,000 candidates appeared for Class X exam, while 43,000 candidates appeared for the Class XII exams from this region.

AIIMS to train 67 young doctors for research
New Delhi: The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has decided to provide extensive training for research work to its 67 young doctors, among the 97 newly recruited faculty members.
Professor AB Dey, Dean Research, AIIMS said that they are looking at increasing their research capability. Hence, these young doctors will be trained by the senior faculty in latest research and technology.

All set for admissions for the academic session of 2012-13, Delhi University has come out with dates of the prospective cut-offs. A total of five cut-off lists will be prepared this year with the first cut-off to be announced on June 26. Students will get three days’ time to complete their admission procedures after declaration of each cut-off list. The three-day margin, unlike the earlier trend, will begin from the day the cut-offs are announced. The remaining four cut-off lists will be out on June 29, July 3, July 6 and July 10 respectively.

MBBS exam centres in Tamil Nadu to install mobile jammers
CHENNAI: Tamil Nadu Dr MGR Medical University today informed the Madras high court it has directed examination centres to install mobile phone jammers and metal detectors in view of instances of some MBBS students allegedly using mobile phones for copying earlier this year.
