Physical Instructor Certification

Being fit has never been so popular, or as necessary as it is today. Physical training is one of the fastest growing careers in the health and fitness industry today. Currently, a large number of schools and colleges in India appoint physical instructors or coaches to help students get fit and improve their health. As a physical trainer, you will train students in simple exercise regime, tactics in game and maintaining stamina. If required, you will also give them basic advice on health and nutrition. Physical trainers work in gyms, health clubs, fitness centers, schools as well as colleges. However, after gaining experience one may also get opportunities to become a sports journalist, commentator, umpire/ referee, sport and leisure club managers, sports photojournalists and professional players.
