Engineering Entrance Exam for AMU Engineering Studies

Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) Engineering Entrance Exam is conducted by Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. It is conducted for admission into Bachelor’s degree program in Engineering / Architecture, offered in its numerous colleges / institutes. Eligibility

The students, who are looking their admission to undergraduate programs conducted by Aligarh Muslim University, have to appear in AMU Engineering Entrance Examination. For the entrance test, the University has recommended some eligibility conditions for the candidates, which are given below.

• The candidates must have passed Higher Secondary Certificate Examination or its equivalent under 10+2 examination scheme, from any recognized state/national Board.
• The candidates need to have obtained not less than 50% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in the qualifying examination.
• The candidates, who have completed their diploma in the field of engineering from any recognized University, are also eligible to apply for appearing in the competitive examination.

Syllabus

The only way for the candidates to get entrance into the undergraduate programs – Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) and Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) – of the University is AMU Engineering Entrance Exam. The engineering entrance exam is based on the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics of 10+2 level examination. Topics covered in each paper are as Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics
