Engineering Entrance Exam for IIAE Studies
Indian Institute of Aircraft Engineering (IIAE) conducts an entrance examination, namely, IIAE Entrance Exam. The entrance test is for those students, who are seeking their admission in various streams of Aircraft Engineering, at the undergraduate degree level. Indian Institute of Aircraft Engineering, which was established in 1998, is approved by the DGCA, Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India. Delhi, Jammu and Guwahati are the chosen test centers for conducting IIAE Entrance Exam. For the final selection, personal interview is also conducted by the institute along with entrance test.

- Aeronautical Engineering
- Aircraft Maintenance Engineering
- B Tech.
- Computer Science & Engineering
- Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering
- Information Technology
Eligibility
In order to appear in IIAE Entrance Exam, the candidates have to make sure that all the eligibility requirements have been fulfilled, which are set by Indian Institute of Aircraft Engineering. The eligibility criteria are given below.
- The candidates should be above 17 years of age to apply for appearing in the competitive entrance test.
- The candidates should have passed Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (10+2) or its equivalent under 10+2 pattern, which is recognized by any state/national Board.
- The candidates must have passed the qualifying examination with not less than 50% marks in aggregate in science subjects such as Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, from any recognized Board.
- The candidates appearing in the final year of their qualifying examination or those who are waiting for their results are also eligible to apply for appearing in IIAE Entrance Exam.
Syllabus
The candidates must have done excellent preparation before appearing in IIAE entrance exam. Regarding the preparation, one must have studied syllabus of Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (10+2) consists of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, recognized by any state/national Board.
