Medical Entrance Exam for AMU CAT Studies
Aligarh Muslim University Combined Admission Test (AMU CAT) is conducted on national level by Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) for enrolling candidates into undergraduate level courses in the field of medical and dental science. Candidates, presently attending their final qualifying exam, can also apply and attempt the test. Applicants are required to submit all the important documents carefully with the application forms. Application forms can be obtained from specific authorized centers and AMU University. Applicants can also apply through online form, which is available on the official website of AMU i.e. www.amucontrollerexams.com. After qualifying entrance exam, selected candidates have to attend counseling and medical fitness test before admission, for finally getting selected for admission into the courses.

Eligibility
Candidates seeking admission into undergraduate level medical or dental courses have to fulfill the general eligibility criteria given below.
- Candidate must have passed Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination of the University or an examination recognized by the University as its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English.
- Candidate must have obtained minimum aggregate of 50% marks in the qualifying exam.
- Candidate must have attained the age of 17 years on 31st December, 2010 or at the time of admission.
- No relaxation shall be made in the age limit under any circumstances.
