Medical Entrance Exam for APPG Studies
Andhra Pradesh PG Medical Entrance Exam, also known as APPG, is held for admission to postgraduate courses in the field of medical sciences. The entrance test was formerly conducted by Andhra University. Now, Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences has taken the responsibility of conducting Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Medical Entrance Exam, in order to enroll students to medical and dental colleges affiliated to it. Candidates are finally selected through their marks in the entrance test and counseling.
Courses
The entrance test is conducted for the following course:
- MD
- MDS
- MS
- PG Diploma in Medicine
Eligibility for APGH CET
For the medical programs, the students must have completed MBBS from any University recognized by Medical Council of India (MCI). For the dental courses, BDS should be done by the candidates from any university, recognized by the Dental Council for India (DCI).
