Medical Entrance Exam for NIMS Studies

NIMS University All India Combined Pre Medical/Dental Test is conducted for enrolling students to different courses in the fields of medicine and dental sciences. The entrance exam is conducted by National Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS) University, at all-India level. After acquiring the qualifying marks in the entrance test, candidates are eligible to pursue their career in medicine or dental surgery. Located in Rajasthan, NIMS University was incepted in 2008. It offers education in several streams. National Institute of Medical Sciences, Jaipur and NIMS Dental College, Jaipur, are the constituent colleges of the university.

Eligibility

NIMS University All India Combined Pre Medical/Dental Test is among the competitive entrance examination of its field. In order to appear in the entrance examination, the candidates have to fulfill the below listed eligibility criteria.

• The candidate must have passed Higher Secondary or equivalent Examination with at least 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together. In addition, he/she should have studied English as compulsory subject.
• Exemption of 10% is there for SC/ST candidates.
• Besides, the candidate should have completed 17 years of age as on 31stDecember of the year of admission.

Questions of NIMS University All India Combined Pre Medical/Dental Test are from Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects studied by the candidate at intermediate level of Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE)
