The architectural centerpiece at Shenyang Sport University is our majestic library. The scale of the structure, nearly 15,000 square meters, demonstrates the university’s commitment to academic as well as athletic excellence. The building features a bright open atrium with ample and comfortable seating. Facilities include six reading rooms, additional multi-media browsing rooms, and a lecture hall. The library also maintains a rich collection of electronic resources and databases. Visitors may comfortably use one of over 200 computers to access the Internet or search electronic or print collections.The library employs an energy saving and environmentally friendly heat pump system that keeps the building refreshingly cool in summer and invitingly warm in winter. The superior climate control, along with the pleasing architectural design, makes the library a favorite campus hangout for both students and staff alike.
