About Us
Since its establishment in 1995, the New Zealand School of Food and Wine has become a leader of culinary education in New Zealand.Founded by Celia Hay, the New Zealand School of Food and Wine (NZSFW) offers a range of full-time courses endorsed by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) and delivered by a team of skilled and qualified professionals.The school also runs a number of part-time cooking classes and has a part-time wine programme.The New Zealand School of Food and Wine welcomes international students. Student loans and allowances are available to New Zealand residents for all full time courses.
